April 10, 2007 – EPR Industries of Pennsauken, New Jersey, and Sultan Healthcare Inc. of Englewood, New Jersey, have swapped specific product portfolios.

EPR Industries acquired the entire range of Sultan Healthcare’s alcohols including Burning Alcohol, Ethanol 99% and Isopropyl Alcohol 99% and 70% and various private label cleaning products.

Sultan Healthcare acquires the entire range of Oral Pharmaceuticals from EPR Industries including Copal Varnish, Topical Fluorides, Eugenol, Formo Cresol, Metacresylacetate, Prophy Paste, Camphorated Parachloraphenol, Topical Anesthetic and Eprident Hemostatic Solution.
